Doisy Vedrines
Hailing from the sweet Bordeaux region of Barsac, this is the largest of the Doisy estates which was divided into three parts in 1851, and is arguably the most famous of the three Doisy (Doisy Daene, Doisy Dubroca and Doisy Vedrines). Unlike the other two estates, Doisy Vedrines prefer to use the Sauternes appellation on their label. The style is certainly closer in style to Sauternes: rich and weighty.
