The finish is short, compact and attenuated. Overall, the 2007 Colore is a far cry from Bibi Graet'z best wines. Colore is a Sangiovese/Canaiolo/Colorino blend. The 2007 Colore harkens back to a period that produced wildly uneven wines here. Dark cherries, plums, tobacco, cloves and licorice open up on the pliant, mid-palate, but that's pretty much it. The finish is short, compact and attenuated. Overall, the 2007 Colore is a far cry from Bibi Graet'z best wines. Colore is a Sangiovese/Canaiolo/Colorino blend.
