The second wine of this brilliant Saint-Emilion estate, the 2023 Petit-Figeac checks in as 45% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and was aged in 30% new French oak. It's a perfect introduction to this estate and has a classic Figeac nose of ripe cassis and darker Cabernet fruit as well as graphite, smoky tobacco, and damp earth.
