Chanlins makes up two thirds of this cuvee with one third from La Vache (since 2022). 50% whole bunch vinification, while a bit more new wood (one third) has been used as they feel Pommard merits it. Mid purple, the fruit slightly more subdued though there is obviously plenty of it beneath.
