The 2015 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Aux Beaux Bruns from Joseph Faiveley is notably reduced on the nose, notes of raspberry, cherry and candied peel only emerging with extended aeration. On the palate, the wine is sappy, medium to full-bodied and a bit dried out from its reduction which renders it rather inscrutable, though the raw materials seem to be good.
