The 2019 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru has a well-defined bouquet of tertiary black fruit, black olive and a touch of Japanese nori. The palate is medium-bodied and well balanced, delivering crisp tannins that gently grip the mouth. It is conservative, like most Latricières, and almost Morey-like in style, with a lightly peppered finish. It will need 4–5 years in bottle. In Bond€824.00
