(3x75cl) 2021Vinous (91-93)
Linear and searing in its brightness, the 2021 Chambertin Grand Cru needs time to come together. Even so, I expect it will always remain a pretty austere Burgundy. The 2021 is rather raw and unformed at this stage. Let’s see what happens. - Antonio GalloniIn Bond€1,520.00 -
Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy (95-97)
More purple and less ruby compared to Beze. A greater depth of fruit, more layers to it. I loved the vigour of the Clos de Bèze but this has more of a natural majesty. Profound, with a silky texture on top of a hard rock Chambertin. Drink from 2032-2045. Tasted Oct 2024.In Bond€1,480.00
