Originating from the prestigious Eden Valley, this Chardonnay thrives in the region’s cool climate and diverse terroir, fostering intricate fruit profiles and lively acidity. The grapes are meticulously hand-harvested from sustainable vineyards and undergo a precise fermentation process in stainless steel vessels to maintain their pure, vibrant character. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees to enhance texture and depth, resulting in a beautifully balanced palate. The Bacigalupi family, esteemed for their dedication to quality and traditional winemaking methods, ensures that each vintage reflects both heritage and innovation. This 2014 vintage reveals elegant notes of citrus and white peach, complemented by a subtle mineral undertone and a silky finish. Perfectly suited to pair with fine seafood or poultry dishes, the Edge Hill Bacigalupi Chardonnay 2014 is a distinguished choice for connoisseurs seeking refined sophistication in their fine wine collection.

The 2011 Altagracia is round, sexy, supple and beautiful, especially within the context of the year. Sweet red berries, mint, tobacco, savory herbs and anise meld together in a distinctive wine long on personality. With time in the glass the wine fleshes out nicely, as the flavors become darker, richer and layered. Altagracia is a blend of mostly Eisele fruit, plus a bit of Vine Hill Ranch, a well-draining site in Oakville that is among Napa Valley's very best. The blend is 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc and 2% Malbec. In Bond€808.00
