Tour Saint-Bonnet
In the north of the Medoc region, Chateau Tour Saint-Bonnet is in the largest in the village of Saint-Christoly. The vines average 35 years and are fermented in traditional cement tanks. Uniquely they choose larger oak foudres over fashionable small barriques, adding an intriguing subtle oak character.
